3 Sample Catering Menus – Two

Last night, we hosted a 24-guest rehearsal dinner in the Jeffersonville Pizza Department dining room. You may have seen the pictures we posted to our Facebook page. We took these moments before they arrived, as we finished setting the stage for the evening.

As mentioned with our first sample menu, we cater many dinners and events throughout the year. Weddings are among our most frequent requests.

The following sample wedding menu proposal was intended for 150 guests. It illustrates the wide range of styles and possibilities for an abundant and elegant dinner table. Each menu proposal is put together following in-depth conversation with the clients regarding their specific needs and tastes. Please call us at 802-644-8100 for details or to discuss your event.

Initial Menu Proposal

Cocktail Hour:

1. Vermont cheese Board: Grafton Cheddar, Green Mountain Blue, Blythedale Farm Brie, Does Leap Goat with a Garnishes of Fruit and our Homemade Breads and Flat Breads.
2. Crudités: Carrots, Celery, Cukes, Grape Tomatoes, Brocolli and Scallions Served with Assorted Dips.
3. Stuffed Mushrooms with Herbed-Butter Breadcrumbs.
4. Tomato Mozzarella Salad with Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
5. Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs in a Tangy Tomato Sauce.
6. Antipasto Salad of Grilled and Marinated Vegetables with Assorted Deli Meats.

Dinner:

1. Baby Green Salad with Tomato, Carrots, Red Onion, House Made Croutons, and our Maple Balsamic Dressing or any Dressing or Choice.

2. Chicken Roulade – Stuffed with Ham, Apples and Cheddar, Breaded, Fried and Baked with Raspberry Demi Glaze.

3. Top Sirloin with a Green Peppercorn Au Poivre Sauce, Roasted or Mashed Potato, Buttered Sweet Corn and Broccoli Alfredo.

To be served family-style, with bread and butter at each table.

General information, catering fees and services

The JPD dining room is available for certain events. We also cater many events on location throughout Cambridge and the surrounding areas, both indoors and outdoors. We can feed a small party of 15 guests or a large gathering of hundreds and provide the appropriate selection of appetizers, main courses, desserts and drinks to suit occasion, atmosphere and budget.

We take the time to meet with clients and to discuss every necessary detail to ensure we understand, meet and exceed expectations with a perfectly tailored feast.

Plated Service is per person.

Bars: There is a set up fee for each bar. Bar includes all non-alcoholic beverages, soda, juice, mixers and water, plastic cups, bar napkins, straws etc…. Bartenders are paid by the hour. An hour prior and after service will be charged for set up and clean up. See bar options below.

Full Open Bar: Flat-rate fee per person for duration of service.
Hosted Bar: Host pre-pays for first drink for entire party, then cash bar.
Cash Bar: Guests pay for their drinks. No cost to host except set up fees.
Other costs: 18% gratuity. Glassware, tableware and silverware fees apply.
