NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU – 2016

The original Roman calendar measured the year in 10 months, beginning with March and ending with December. Around 700 BC, two additional months were added by decree of King Numa Pompilius: Januarius and Februarius. As with the other months on the existing calendar, he sought inspiration from the higher powers of his time to name the months, and thus January honors Janus, god of gateways and new beginnings.

Being the Epicureans that they were, we have no doubt the King and his high council celebrated the event with a feast, although Epicurus himself was Greek and not Roman. But we digress… and this brings us to the matter at hand: our MENU for the 2016 NEW YEAR.

Wishing you grand new beginnings… begin by calling us at 644-8100 to make your reservation!
